ForeverGreen is a network marketing business. They carry a line of over 200 different products. I got involved because I have had some really serious health problems in my life and I could not figure out why. I have always eaten very healthy and exercised regularly, but something wasn't working.
When my Mom died 20 years ago, stats said 1 in 100 would have cancer of some sore, 6 years after my Mother's death I had cancer and stats were saying 1 in 10 would have cancer of some sort. When your ph level is out, the system starts to break down, and the lines of communication between the cells weaken. Your body becomes acidic, which allows disease in and if not corrected disease will take over.
We have never been taught about the energy we get from food ( and I'm not talking about sugar, fat, or calories, I'm talking live ph energy), the energy we get from being outside in the sun and walking barefoot in the grass. The energy we get from doing exercise, being happy, and keeping our mind a piece. The energy we can exchange by human contact, a hug, a handshake, of even a pat on the back. Our bodies are constantly on the hunt for energy the problem is in the fast passe world we live in, we just aren't aware of the amount of energy we spend doing our day to day life. We need to look at things a bit different and try to balance the energy spent with the energy supplied.
I know when I have my cup of coffee in the morning it literally takes energy away from my body. ( I'm thinking you thought I was going to say the opposite ) There is nothing live in a cup of coffee. I lean the scale in my bodies favor when I make a breakfast smoothie made from raw organic way protein, raw chocolate, berries, nuts and grains. We need to get back to signature foods, carrots for the eyes, walnuts for the brain, tomatoes for the heart and so on. If God made it eat it, if man made it use it in moderation. Ideally 80 % of you diet should be raw, but even if you can get to at least 51% raw you have tipped the scale in your favor.
